Minute Men HR today announced that it has completed its integration of three Ohio workers’ compensation service providers which it acquired in February: Associated Compensation Resources, KKSG & Associates, and Tartan Benefit Services.
“We are excited about these acquisitions as they formally combine companies that have already worked together for the past several years providing enhanced services to clients,” said Jay Lucarelli, Minute Men president and CEO.
Under the new ownership the three companies will continue to provide workers' compensation services to Ohio employers while benefiting from the collective strength of the Minute Men family of companies.
